They weren't kidding about crawling away; its been almost two whole days since I took the class and I'm still hurting! I'm going back though...I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess.

Good for you for sticking with it! You might want to add protein shakes to your diet. The additional protein will help with muscle repair, and can shorten the aches.
